EVERY BUS STOP IN SURREY
July 31 - November 7, 2004

EVERY BUS STOP IN SURREY BC by Sylvia Grace Borda

Every Bus Stop in Surrey, BC is part of an ongoing series by Borda that looks at cities around the world. Her Capital Cities project focussed on Tokyo and London's transportation lines as a reflection of globalisation and gentrification. Despite their cultural differences, her photographs show each city's equal evidence of social migration, international architectural forms, and the cultivation of a working/commuter class of people. This summer she is photographing Taipai, Taiwan.
